Title: Anatolia- Adventures in Turkish Cooking

Authors: Somer Sivrioğlu and David Gale

Good for: For anyone who has ever been lucky enough to be graced with the rustic and traditional flavours of Somer's cooking ( Efendy Restaurant in Balmain, Sydney and Anason in Barangaroo) you know you are in for a treat with this treasure trove of recipes. The pages are filled with stories, and family recipes from Somer's homeland in Turkey illustrated with photo's of the streets of Istanbul and of course platters of mezzes. Great for anyone who is wanting to try Turkish cooking at home.

Must try recipes: Lamb shoulder pie is a crowd pleaser and for light mezze's the eggplant puree and hummus ( of course)!
